Debra K. Griffin, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Griffin was born and raised in Lake City, FL. She received her Bachelors and Masters degree at Florida State University and her Doctorate at the University of Florida. She began her career at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL, then moved to Jacksonville, FL, where she worked with an Otolaryngology practice. Wishing to spread her wings, she managed the first Wal-Mart Hearing Center, in Jacksonville, and began to appreciate the value of owning her own practice. In June of 1998, Dr. Griffin returned to her roots (Lake City) and founded HEARING SOLUTIONS, INC.

Dr. Griffin truly loves her work because it allows her to play a part in solving communication problems caused by hearing loss, while getting to know her patients, their families, pets and vicariously enjoy the journey of life with them.

Cindy Thomas, HIS
Hearing Aid Specialist

Cindy Thomas' family moved to Lake City when she was three years old. She graduated from Columbia High School in 1982, and then worked at Lake Shore Hospital for nine years. She became a certified medical assistant in 1993. Cindy was the office manager of a muti-physician ENT surgical practice in Jacksonville for over nine years, prior to returning to Lake City and joining the team at Hearing Solutions, Inc. in 2001. Cindy then trained under the direction of Dr. Griffin and received her Hearing Aid Specialist license in 2002. As a Hearing Aid Specialist, she performs hearing evaluations and fits hearing aids. She is also responsible for the marketing and business management of the practice.

Cindy enjoys working with people and helping them to communicate better. At our practice we truly enjoy getting involved with our patients. They share such personal moments with us to help us live, laugh and learn to appreciate every day that we have with each other.
